Carnival of Flowers

Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (TCOF) was created by the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and, through its 58 years, has been co-ordinated by various management structures and committees. The TCOF is (from March 2008) owned and operated by the Toowoomba Regional Council (formerly Toowoomba City Council). 

 

The Carnival of Flowers is a magnificent gallary of floats covered in local floral designes. The floats usually start on Herries street in Toowoomba and continues through Ruthven Street and ends in Queens Park.

 

The Carnival of Flowers is not only about the gorgeous flawner that scatters the Darling Downs but also consist of food and wine with some great live entertainment for the whole family.
